About The CHEST Foundation
Created in 1996 as the philanthropic arm of the ACCP, The CHEST Foundation exists to provide resources to advance the prevention and treatment of diseases of the chest. The CHEST Foundation creates educational programs, supports research, and raises awareness about diseases of the chest and their prevention. By focusing on tobacco prevention, humanitarian service, clinical research, and critical care, The CHEST Foundation gives life to projects in local communities and around the world.
